• AGE RESTRICTION : Customers must be 18+ to place an order. Valid Emirates ID or Passport is required upon delivery along with full payment. Orders placed by underage customers will not be refunded.
• WARRANTY & RETURNS : No refunds or exchanges after delivery. Defective products are eligible for free replacement only if reported within 12 hours of delivery.
• 1-Year warranty is provided directly by PMI IQOS. We are not responsible for defects reported after 12 hours of delivery.
